GIFT CERTIFICATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift certificates can be used to purchase any downloadable items (cars, tracks, membership subscriptions) available on the iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations Member Site only at http://members.iracing.com (the "SITE"). Gift certificates cannot be used or redeemed anywhere except on the SITE. All gift certificates can be traced back to redeemer.

Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase items from the iRacing merchandise store.

Gift certificates are in U.S. dollars. iRacing is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Gift certificates cannot be used or redeemed without the authorized gift code, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen, cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases, cannot be used or redeemed to purchase other gift certificates, cannot be resold, are non-transferable and are not refundable.

Any purchase less than the value of a gift certificate causes the unused balance to be placed in the account of the gift certificate recipient for use in a future transaction.

Any purchase exceeding the value of a gift certificate requires the use of a valid credit card to complete the transaction.

Gift certificates have no expiration date. Gift certificates do not carry a maintenance fee.

In the event a Gift Certificate code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and iRacing.com's sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Gift Certificate.

Gift certificates and their use are subject to our SITE's Terms of Use and End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change the gift certificate terms and conditions from time to time, without notice, at our sole discretion.

A new member will be required to enter required information to setup iRacing account which typically will include credit card information to establish an iRacing account even if gift certificate amount is more than purchase price of subscription.

Privacy Policy: For recipients who are not iRacing members, iRacing will not use the recipient's email address for any other purpose other than to send notifications to the recipient regarding his or her gift certificate or other iRacing.com news or information.

USE/REDEMPTION/DELIVERY OF GIFT GIFT CERTIFICATES

Use of Gift Certificates: A valid credit card is required to create the subscription needed to access the SITE. Gift certificates may be redeemed while creating the subscription, and will be applied towards the subscription fee. If the subscription fee exceeds the value of the gift certificates, the credit card will be charged the difference. If the gift certificates exceed the subscription fee, the difference will be applied to the account and may be used as payment towards future purchases.

Redemption of Gift Certificate: For new or non-members who want to use their iRacing Gift Certificate, they will need to go to www.iRacing.com and follow the directions to subscribe as new members. In the registration or subscription process there will be a location to enter gift certificate code on the SITE. Existing iRacing.com members can enter gift certificate codes in any of the checkout areas on the SITE including the "View Cart" or "Change Subscription" cart. Previous members who are coming back to join iRacing.com can enter gift certificate code when they are renewing. The gift certificate code can also be used by a new member or any member after the initial sign-up process.

E-Mail Delivery or Printing of Gift Certificates: A gift certificate order receipt containing the gift certificate redemption code (s) will be e-mailed to the gift card purchaser immediately after a successful transaction order. The purchaser has the option of printing and mailing and /or e-mailing gift card codes (s) to another e-mail address (redeemer) directly from the order receipt page of the SITE. E-mail delivery is normally sent within 30 minutes. Note: Because e-mails can be blocked by multiple spam blocking programs we recommend printing your order information in the event you need to contact iRacing customer support and reference your order. iRacing customer support can be contacted at support@iracing.com

Redeemer: person who receives gift certificate from purchaser and uses gift certificate to redeem items.
